A tasty ginger elixir to support digestive & respiratory warmth as well as capillary stimulation. Particularly suited for folks who "run cold" constitutionally. Or anyone who fancies the taste of ginger, really. 

We start with fresh ginger rhizome that is grown as a juicy annual in our Upstate NY grow zones. This year it is from Woodthrush Farm in Gardiner. We infuse the ginger in both alcohol and organic flax glycerin for several weeks. The two are then pressed and combined to create what might be called a sweet fire!

Easy to enjoy on its own or a delicious addition to juice, seltzer or a cocktail!
