A dual extracted mushroom tincture made from hemlock reishi (Ganoderma tsugae) that is hand harvested late spring in the Catskills of NY.
Our medicine making processes water and alcohol extracts from the mushroom separately. We then combine the two for a more comprehensive spectrum of components in the final tincture. Often interpreted from Traditional Chinese Medicine as the immortality mushroom, reishis have been employed and revered by cultures all over the world for hundreds of years. Traditionally reishi is used as a top tonic to support immunity, brain function, and the heart. Although traditional use also typically employs reishi in food or as a hot water extraction (tea), this medium percentage alcohol tincture is able to retain many of the functional benefits of this beautiful shelf fungus.
RECOMMENDED DOSING:
As a daily tonic, 1-2 droppersful (30-60 drops), 2-3 times a day or as directed.
(We no longer sell this tincture in a 1 ounce format because we feel it should be taken as a daily tonic for at least 1-3 months. With recommended dosing, 1 ounce would not be enough to provide this benefit to this body.)
