Mugwort is not only the star plant in our logo, Stayc has a special relationship with them as being her "gateway plant". There is so much to learn about an abundant, resilient, and much maligned plant like mugwort, we will likely continue for the rest of our lives!

Traditionally used to move congestion and stagnancy, mugwort oil has many topical uses including for sore muscles. This oil also really shines when applied over the abdomen area for menstrual cramps or constipation. Especially effective when used in conjunction with a heating pad.

We hand harvest our mugwort in the Catskills from clean stands that grow by a creek and an old apple tree. The plant material is then freshly infused  in organic NY State sunflower oil and tended for over 6 weeks before being pressed and bottled, also all by hand.
